Applications and Advantages

Now you can save every possible BTU, dollar, gallon and ton of fossil fuel, cubic meter of space and man/hour in in a wide range of heat and mass transfer applications, and save the environment, too! Pure and simple, TJF-based systems provide the fastest, safest, simplest, cheapest, easiest and surest way to meet rising fuel, labor and administrative costs, and escalating environmental regulation.

TJF Equipment can be effectively used to replace or modernize:

  1. Residential and industrial heating and hot water supply systems based on steam boilers.
Self-pumping heat exchangers installed on existing water and steam lines provide heating and pumping thrust and large volume hot water supply on demand in commercial, multiple-residential, industrial, or institutional applications.

  2. A large number of industrial technological cycles (chemical, food processing, pharmaceutical, petroleum and other industries), modern building and construction.

  3. Fuel distillation, processing and storage facilities for automobile, railroad, sea and river transportation infrastructures. TJF equipment provides ultra-fine fuel homogenization, mixture temperature control and fast pumping.

  4. Primary and secondary technological cycles in large-scale power plants.
    (conventional, hydroelectric, atomic power)

At whatever stage of service life a steam turbine plant is at, total retrofit with ENSAT (heat exchanger, deaerator, condenser, water treatment — even fuel conditioning) pays a big, fast dividend in optimized energy and fuel conservation, dramatic cost containment and significantly reduced environmental impact.

Example of Application

Bulky, expensive, maintenance intensive, energy wasting conventional heat exchangers can be quickly replaced by...

...compact, economical, low-maintenance TJF Device that has no moving parts and uses no electricity.

Advantages of TJF Equipment:

  • No downtime for installation – fast, easy bypass, or parrallel retrofit.
  • Easy, instant, on-demand operation
  • Small installation footprint and much less metal-intensive than conventional equipment
  • Higher proportional energy output
  • Susbstantial (up to 50%) energy savings
  • Lower capital costs for modernization (30 – 90% lower)
  • Lower maintenance costs due to ease of service and regulation
  • Better ecological perspective due to elimination of heat pollution and a cut in toxic emissions

High profits (50 to 400%) are one of the hallmark features of ENSAT Investment payback periods typically range from 6 to 12 months, and as a rule do no exceed 1.5 years.
