Forum “Solving questions of energy efficiency in Russia: Main instruments and possibilities”.

On 24 May 2010 at Radisson SAS Slavyanskaya hotel in Moscow within the framework of the European Commission’s TACIS project “Investment raising into energy-saving projects of the Russian regions” the Forum “Solutions to energy efficiency in Russia: Main instruments and possibilities” was held by the company ICF / EKO and under the egis of the Federal State Institution “Russian Energy Agency”.

General Director of FIG «Energy Saving Technologies», Chairman of the Subcommittee on Investments of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chairman of the Board of the Energy Project Group Consortium (EPGC) Sergei V. Tishkin  made a presentation on “Experience of complex realization of energy effective projects in Russia”.

 In the course of his speech Mr. Tishkin emphasized production and implementation of energy-saving equipment based on innovative technologies for fuel and energy complex, industry and housing and public utilities on the sectoral, regional and federal levels. A special attention was drawn to the projects of energy efficiency of municipal institutions and industrial enterprises increase, realized by the members of EPGC.

 Other presentations at the Forum were made by: Deputy General Director of JSC “Moscow Factory of Heat Automatic”, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Energy Project Group Consortium Lyapunov S. I. on a topic “The experience of regional Energy-Service Companys’ performance” and Senior Engineer of the Energy Project Group Consortium Grigorenko A.A. on a topic “Realization of typical  projects in housing and public utilities and industry by the example of TJF energy-efficient technologies”.
