The ENSAT Group develops, patents, manufactures and markets energy-saving equipment under the TJF brand name, registered in Russia. New brands are being developed for several groups of equipment modifications.Versatile TJF based systems can do many jobs for many industries – cleanly, efficiently, economically and effectively.

TJF heat exchange equipment (jet-flow heater pumps) guarantees 15 – 35% saving on heat and power generation per year due to modernization of boiler and reduced number of pumps. Consumers: residential and industrial heating and hot water supply systems and organizations.

Viscous medium steam heaters and thinners (for mazout oil, bitumen, paraffin, soda, molasses and other mediums) can be used for quick heating and pumping with no excessive water logging, or for maintaining fuel feeding storage tank temperatures or steam scouring transportation cisterns. Equipment provides 2 – 2.5 times faster heating, 50% steam savings.

TJF Homogenizers. Ultrafine homogenization, pasteurization and sterilization, 2-5 times faster processing, extraordinary energy savings (10 – 30 times)! Used in food processing, chemical manufacture, pharmaceutical production, petroleum processing and other industries.

TJF Saturator-Oxidizers are used for producing carbonated beverages (mineral water, cola, sparkling wines). They provide higher a quality product, and conserve energy used to cool the liquids in conventional systems – saturation occurs at 16-18C compared to 4C in conventional systems. They are also effective for oxidizing wastewater at ozonation and treatment plants, including radioactive wastewater treatment.

Transonic Water Treatment System. Designed for pretreatment of feedwater used in various technological cycles without the use of chemical reagents or ultraviolet irradiation. The TWTS provides up to 50 times more efficient sterilization while lowering operating costs by 3 -5 times. Used in residential water supply systems, as well as for sterilizing wastewater and, for example, ship and tanker ballast water.

Transonic Petroleum Treatment System. Designed for treatment of crude petroleum before processing or pumping. Treatment provides 7 – 15% more light fractions (gasoline, diesel fuels) on output after processing.

Compound Fuel Production System. Used for producing ecologically pure high-octane fuel by precise ultra fine mixing of fuel components and chemical additives.

New technology modifications are constantly being developed. Many are researched and tested in cooperation with the leading Russian scientific think tanks and industrial enterprises, including: The Moscow Institute of Energy, The “Gubkin” Oil and Gas University, the Russian Academy of Sciences Wave Mechanics and Technology Research Center, The International “Lutch” Company of the Ministry of Atomic Energy and many others.
