The Financial Industrial Group “Energy Saving Technologies”/ENSAT – a group of private companies, it’s formation started in 1992 in accordance with the following priorities for development: energy, oil and gas sector, high technologies, energy saving, construction, real estate, investment-financial and risk-management (insurance, hedging). As of the end of 2009 more than 12 subsidiaries and affiliated companies with capital exceeding $250 million are the members of the ENSAT holding group of companies. The Financial-Industrial Group "Energy Saving Technologies” successfully develops, manufactures and implements energy-saving equipment based on advanced technologies. The basis of our success is active innovative work at modern engineering solutions and technologies, this fact is confirmed by a wide range of Russian and foreign patents, awards at contests and exhibitions, and state support involving inclusion of the technologies provided by the Financial Industrial Group “Energy Saving Technologies” in sectoral and regional energy efficiency programs. Strategic target The basis for the Development Strategy of the Group is a stage-by-stage formation of the international investment and industrial alliance through consolidation of tangible and intellectual assets, a fast development of existing companies and incorporation of new companies and joint ventures in Russia and abroad together with ensuring of the growth of capitalization of the ENSAT holding group of companies through effective implementation of highly remunerative investment and commercial projects, sustainable growth of high-technology equipment sales, rendering of comprehensive services and transfer of patented technologies. Basic lines of the Financial Industrial Group “Energy Saving Technologies” activities "ENERGY" – production and supplies of energy and energy-resource-saving equipment on a turnkey basis with rendering of comprehensive energy-service services, implementation of energy efficient equipment from the bank of innovations of the Financial-Industrial Group "Energy Saving Technologies” and “Energy Project Group” Consortium (more than 40 patents, “know-how” and industrial patterns) within the bounds of technical re-equipment of energy, industrial facilities, and housing and communal services. “Oil and Gas” – implementation of the up-to-date equipment and technologies for production, processing and highly accurate measurement of consumption of hydrocarbons and multicomponent environment in order to improve the quality of oil and oil products, production of ecologically pure composite types of fuel. "Energy-Service Company" – development and implementation of modernization and development programs for industrial enterprises and municipal entities, projects of dispatching, Automated Process Control System, Automated Control System for energy resources, provision of accounting devices and telecommunications equipment, independent technical supervision, energy audit and review of tariff rates for industrial and municipal enterprises. "PURE WATER" – creation of modern systems of water treatment for various technological problems (urban and industrial water supply and sewerage, water conditioning and water purification at industrial and municipal enterprises).
TJF technologies and equipment The Financial Industrial Group “Energy Saving Technologies” is the developer and patentee of TJF technologies (TransSound Jet-Flow Technologies). On the basis of this technology the ENSAT holding group of companies created energy-resource-saving equipment of different classes – TJF modern heat exchangers, complexes for processing of oil/oil products and preparing of water-fuel emulsions of series of a TJF-device for crude oil processing and fuel compounding, devices for heating, draining and pumping of mazut, equipment for water treatment and production of multicomponent products. Equipment produced on the basis of TJF technologies is successfully used in various industrial systems: - in heat and water supply systems of housing and communal services and enterprises that have steam boilers;
- in auxiliary processes at "large-scale" energy objects (thermal power plants, state district power plants, nuclear power plants);
- in technological cycles of processing industry enterprises (oil and gas processing, chemicals, food, pharmaceutics, textile manufacture, etc.);
- in fuel handling equipment and facility infrastructure of the Ministry of Transport, Russian Railways, marine and inland water transport.
Production Serial production of equipment under orders of the Financial Industrial Group “Energy Saving Technologies” based on the own construction documentation and in accordance with the target engineering solutions of our company is carried out at the best industry enterprises in Russia. Experienced designing engineers and constructors, a considerable package of intellectual property – patents and “know-how”, the quality management system, certified for compliance with the requirements of ISO-9001: 2000, TÜV, allow to develop and produce almost any kind of a high-technology equipment in accordance with requirements of Russian and foreign customers.
Implementation of equipment: the experience
The TJF equipment has been installed and is successfully operating at more than 550 industrial and municipal enterprises in Russia, the CIS and abroad. These are enterprises of energy, transport, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, oil, chemical and food industries, agricultural sector, housing and communal services and of other sectors of the economy.
