Within the limits of this activity ENSAT defines the purposes and tasks as well as the objects to be restructured. The detailed analysis of the activity is made and plans on company or group reforming are worked out regarding:

• Market positions;
• Planning and control system;
• Financial and economic condition.

 At the next stage a company or group restructure preparation and implementation program is developed. It includes the schedule of works, preliminary budget, a list of necessary documents and other aspects describing reforming process.

During the world financial crisis the presence of the anti-recessionary programs and their subsequent realization are of great importance. ENSAT develops and participates in realization of programs designated to assist troubled companies to overcome the crisis and restructure their creditor indebtedness, including bank credits. The stages of the basic collaboration with enterprises touched by the crisis usually include initial diagnostics, restructuring program development and consulting support during its implementation.

The diagnostics defines the most significant problems on the basic aspects of the company's activity: 

• Efficiency of tangible assets management;
• Financial and economic condition;
• Organizational structure;
• Administrative personnel and workers; 
• Market outlook of the production;
• Supplying and marketing policy;
• Financial resources management, etc.

 The short-term program to overcome the crisis is developed on the base of business diagnostics. It allows the company to solve its major problems, such as the threat of bankruptcy, delivery failures, the loss of market share and others.  In order to prevent irreplaceable loss of material and human resources capable to strengthen considerably the company at the subsequent stages, intermediate and long-term prospects of the company's activity are taken into consideration.
